To apply to join The Night Watch this is what you need to do:
1. Create an account - using the "Create an account" button on the left of this page.
You will need to enter your name, a username, your email address and your new password.
When you submit this form, an email will be sent to you to verify your account.
You must wait for this email to arrive before you can continue.
The mail will look like this:
Hello xxxxx,
Thank you for registering at The Night Watch. Your account is created and must be
activated before you can use it.
To activate the account click on the following link or copy-paste it in your browser:

After activation you may login to http://www.tnwguild.com/ using the following
username and password:
Username: xxxx
Password:
You should click the link to enable the account, and then log in.
(you cannot log in until you have clicked the link - you will get an error about "inactive user" if you try)
2. Once you are logged in, click on Forum in the menu at the left.
3. Click on "New Applications [Public]" in the list of forums.
4. Open the Application Template thread at the top. (mouse over it all and do control c)
5. Copy the template application form text.
6. Click "New Topic" at bottom left
7. Paste the application template into the body (click in the text area and press control-v)
8. Type your answers into the spaces provided - please be honest.
9. When you are finished - click submit.
10. Check back in a day or so to see if your application has been accepted - or to answer any questions the officers or guildies may have posted.
